How do I connect my LED mirror to power?

How do I mount my LED mirror?

Our LED mirrors use a split batten mounting system. Simply secure the supplied bracket to the wall, then hang the pre-mounted bracket on the back of the mirror onto the wall bracket for a secure installation.

What lighting modes do the LED mirrors have?

Our LED mirrors feature three lighting temperatures: Warm, Natural and Cool. You can easily switch between each mode using the integrated touch controls.

Are the LED lights dimmable?

Yes. Our LED mirrors are dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your space, whether you prefer softer ambient lighting or a brighter illumination.

How long do the LED lights last?

Our LED lighting is designed to provide up to 50,000 hours of illumination, giving you years of reliable everyday use.

What happens if there is an electrical issue with my mirror?

Our LED mirrors are backed by a 5-year warranty. If you experience an electrical issue with your mirror, simply contact our team and we’ll help troubleshoot the issue and organise the appropriate solution in accordance with the warranty.

What happens if my mirror arrives damaged?

Your mirror is covered by our Damage-Free Guarantee. If your mirror arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and our team will organise a replacement in accordance with the guarantee.

Do you offer free delivery Australia-wide?

Reflections from our Customers

This mirror has completely transformed our apartment. We put the Halo LED Full Length in our bedroom and it makes the whole room feel bigger, brighter and honestly just way more put together. The LED halo gives off the most flattering, even light and it's not harsh at all - just really clean and warm. The quality is genuinely impressive for the price point, it feels solid and the finish is really sleek. We've had so many people comment on it when they come over. It's one of those pieces that pulls a room together without you having to do much else. So happy with this purchase.

Absolutely obsessed with my Hourglass LED Mirror from Crystalux Glass! The curved shape makes it such a beautiful statement piece and instantly elevates our space. I love that the lighting is dimmable and can be changed between warm, natural and cool tones, it’s perfect for getting ready, doing my makeup and checking outfits. The mirror itself is huge, crystal clear and feels amazing quality. Such a practical piece while also looking like artwork in the room. Kindly gifted, but genuinely one of my favourite additions to our home!
