At Crystalux Glass, we want you to love your mirror. If you’re not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return it. Please review the details of our return policy below:

You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

The mirror must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, without any signs of damage or wear. Mirrors that are not returned in their original state will not be eligible for a refund

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount

Return postage will be at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping

Once the mirror is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund, minus the restocking fee and any return shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method
