WARRANTY CONDITIONS

At Crystalux, we offer a 60 month warranty on all our products

To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

* The product must be installed for domestic residential use only
* The failure must be due to a manufacturing defect
* A proof of purchase, including the purchase date, must be provided
* The product must have been installed by a qualified professional, with supporting installation documentation available

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty will not apply in the following circumstances:

* Improper care or misuse of the product
* Normal wear and tear from everyday use
* Damage resulting from improper assembly or handling
* Damage incurred during installation.
* Damage or deterioration due to inadequate maintenance or improper care (e.g., fabric, leather, or timber)
* Damage to external or product packaging only
* Damage occurring after the product has been in your possession
* Minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain, or finish that do not affect the functionality or aesthetic quality
* Minor imperfections or superficial blemishes that do not impact the overall performance or appearance

If you are eligible for a warranty claim, we will resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, store credit, or partial refund
