How do I connect my LED mirror to power?

Our LED mirrors come standard with a 1.5m Australian plug that can be connected directly to a power point. Alternatively, the mirror can be hardwired by a licensed electrician. If using a power point behind the mirror, it will need to be recessed into the wall to allow enough clearance.

Can I lean my LED mirror against the wall?

Yes. Our LED full-length mirrors can be leaned against the wall or securely wall mounted, giving you flexibility depending on your space.

How do I mount my LED mirror?

Our LED mirrors use a split batten mounting system. Simply secure the supplied bracket to the wall, then hang the pre-mounted bracket on the back of the mirror onto the wall bracket for a secure installation.

What lighting modes do the LED mirrors have?

Our LED mirrors feature three lighting temperatures: Warm, Natural and Cool. You can easily switch between each mode using the integrated touch controls.

Are the LED lights dimmable?

Yes. Our LED mirrors are dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your space, whether you prefer softer ambient lighting or a brighter illumination.

How long do the LED lights last?

Our LED lighting is designed to provide up to 50,000 hours of illumination, giving you years of reliable everyday use.

What happens if there is an electrical issue with my mirror?

Our LED mirrors are backed by a 5-year warranty. If you experience an electrical issue with your mirror, simply contact our team and we’ll help troubleshoot the issue and organise the appropriate solution in accordance with the warranty.

What happens if my mirror arrives damaged?

Your mirror is covered by our Damage-Free Guarantee. If your mirror arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and our team will organise a replacement in accordance with the guarantee.

Do you offer free delivery Australia-wide?

Yes. We offer free delivery Australia-wide on our mirror range. Each mirror is carefully packaged for transport and covered by our Damage-Free Guarantee. Please allow 2-8 business days after processing to receive your order.

Can you customise the size of an LED mirror?

Yes. Custom LED mirrors are available in selected designs and sizes. As these are made to order, our custom LED mirrors generally have a lead time of approximately 2–3 months. Your mirror can simply lean against the wall, with no mounting needed. If you'd like it on the wall, it hangs on a split batten system using the steps above.
