In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. To be eligible for our Damage-Free Guarantee, damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please Note: Any plans to unbox the mirrors in the future must be communicated to stay eligible for the damage-free guarantee.

How do I wire your LED Mirrors?
Our LED mirrors come pre-fitted with a standard Australian outlet plug, making installation quick and easy.
If you prefer a cleaner look with no visible cords, the mirror can also be hardwired by a licensed electrician. This allows for direct integration into your wall’s wiring and may be ideal for new builds or renovations.
Note: Hardwiring should always be done by a qualified professional to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.
