Crystalux mirror is backed by our 10 Year Warranty, giving you added confidence in the quality, durability, and craftsmanship behind every piece we create.
Warranty Period Per Product:
LED Mirrors
Electrical: 10 years replacement due to electrical fault in the lighting of mirror
Glass: 5 years warranty on copper free glass
Standard Mirrors without LED
Glass: 5 years warranty on copper free glass
Mirror Cabinets
Glass and Cabinet Body: 5 years warranty on glass and cabinet body
Make Up Mirrors:
Whole Product: 3 years warranty on whole make up mirror
Our warranty covers manufacturing-related faults that affect the long-term performance of the mirror, including LED failure, corrosion or black edge deterioration over time, and structural warping under normal residential use.
Each mirror is crafted using premium materials chosen for their clarity, durability, and resistance to moisture, helping your mirror maintain its appearance and performance over time.
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be installed for domestic residential use only
• The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect
• Proof of purchase, including the purchase date, must be provided
• The product must have been installed by a qualified professional, with supporting installation documentation available
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
• Improper care, misuse, or accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear from everyday use
• Damage caused during assembly, installation, or handling
• Damage caused by inadequate maintenance or improper care
• Damage to external or product packaging only
• Minor variations in dimensions, colour, grain, or finish that do not affect the functionality or appearance of the product
• Minor imperfections or superficial blemishes that do not impact the overall use or aesthetic of the product
If your claim is approved under our warranty policy, we will work with you to resolve the issue through a repair, replacement, store credit, or partial refund where appropriate.
