Custom-Cut FAQ
What is the turnover time for your mirrors?
After payment for the mirrors is made, it usually takes 3-5 business days to cut & polish. For urgent jobs, please reach out to us for express production
How long does it take for the mirrors to be delivered?
If you are within Melbourne, the mirrors will be dispatched immediately after completion unless a specific date for delivery is specified. The delivery date can be discussed & arranged prior to delivery of your order.
For orders outside of Melbourne, it would usually take 7-10 business days after payment for you to receive your order.
Do you offer measurement / installation?
Yes, Crystalux has an in-house team of professional installers who can help with measurement & installation of your mirrors.
What happens if my mirrors come damaged?
We offer a Damage-Free Guarantee to ensure that all your mirrors arrive in prestige condition without damage. In the event of damage due to transportation, we will replace your mirror free-of-charge.
