Production Time: Your mirror is carefully crafted and takes approximately 5-7 business days to complete.
Dispatch & Delivery: As soon as production is finished, we immediately arrange delivery and have your mirror dispatched as quickly as possible. Tracking details will be sent to your email for live updates.
Future Delivery Requests: If you would like your mirror to be delivered on a specific date in the future, simply let us know, and we’ll hold your order until your preferred date.

How long will it take for me to receive my custom-made mirror?
Once you've placed an order, our manufacturing team will begin production of your mirror. It usually takes 5-7 business days for your mirror to complete. Upon completion, we will dispatch your mirror immediately and you should receive your mirror within 2-8 business days after the dispatch date. Tracking details for your order will be sent to you upon dispatch.
What shapes and sizes can you make?
We can make frameless mirrors in any shape or size.
What if my custom mirror arrives damaged?
We have a damage-free guarantee on all of our products. This means that if your mirror breaks in transit, we will replace your mirror completely free of charge!

Orders outside Melbourne will be delivered using our trusted couriers. Some orders will now be delivered via pallets to prevent damage during transit.
