Mirror is good. There were no mounting instructions at all for the mirror. There were 2x vertical mounts that didn’t really make any sense

Full marks to Crystalux for their order process. The mirror arrived very quickly which was appreciated at Christmas time. It looks perfect. Unfortunately the delivery team did not follow my request to leave it at the front door. They left it outside the gate on the driveway which could have led to disaster with the stormy weather. Also the box was punctured so despite the fragile labels they hadn’t taken care with it.
So pleased to receive this beautiful mirror for my new ensuite - I just had to plug it in and admire it! Can't wait to finish the renovations and place it on our bathroom wall ❤️ Excellent quality, and love the functionality with 3 different lighting options and dimming feature.

We purchased two mirrors for our bathroom renovations. From online purchase to delivery took 4 days, despite living in a regional location. There was a minor defect in the mirror, which we established when unpacking it. We reported the glitch, and within an hour, Brendan responded and arranged a replacement to be shipped the same day. We received the new mirror in days, and we could not be happier with both mirrors. The service provided by Brendan was exceptional. Thank you!
