Anti-fog, power, lighting, mounting and warranty

Our LED bathroom mirrors feature a built-in demister pad behind the mirror. Once activated, the pad gently warms the mirror surface to help prevent condensation and keep your reflection clear after a hot shower.

Yes. The built-in demister initially warms the main area of the mirror, with the heat gradually spreading towards the edges. This helps keep the mirror surface warm enough to reduce fog and condensation across the mirror.

The anti-fog function is controlled using the integrated touch button on the mirror, allowing you to easily switch the demister on and off whenever needed.

Our LED bathroom mirrors come standard with a 1.5m Australian plug that can be connected directly to a power point. Alternatively, the mirror can be hardwired by a licensed electrician. If using a power point behind the mirror, it will need to be recessed into the wall to allow enough clearance.

Yes. All Crystalux LED mirrors are designed for bathroom use and comply with applicable Australian electrical safety standards and regulations, including SAA, EMC, EESS and RCM requirements. Any electrical installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian regulations.

Our LED bathroom mirrors use a split batten mounting system. Simply secure the supplied bracket to the wall, then hang the mirror by hooking the pre-mounted bracket on the back of the mirror onto the wall bracket. This provides a secure and straightforward installation.

Yes. We offer free delivery Australia-wide on our mirror range. Each mirror is carefully packaged for transport and covered by our Damage-Free Guarantee. Please allow 2-8 business days after processing to receive your order.

Mirror is good. There were no mounting instructions at all for the mirror. There were 2x vertical mounts that didn’t really make any sense

This backlit beauty from Crystalux Glass has completely transformed the space. The soft glow, the shape, the whole vibe — it just feels calm, modern and a bit luxe (without trying too hard 😉). And let’s be real… with 5 girls in the house, good lighting is EVERYTHING. No more guessing, no more bad makeup lighting — just a mirror that actually does its job. Full marks to Crystalux for their order process. The mirror arrived very quickly which was appreciated at Christmas time. It looks perfect. Unfortunately the delivery team did not follow my request to leave it at the front door. They left it outside the gate on the driveway which could have led to disaster with the stormy weather. Also the box was punctured so despite the fragile labels they hadn’t taken care with it.
So pleased to receive this beautiful mirror for my new ensuite - I just had to plug it in and admire it! Can't wait to finish the renovations and place it on our bathroom wall ❤️ Excellent quality, and love the functionality with 3 different lighting options and dimming feature.

We purchased two mirrors for our bathroom renovations. From online purchase to delivery took 4 days, despite living in a regional location. There was a minor defect in the mirror, which we established when unpacking it. We reported the glitch, and within an hour, Brendan responded and arranged a replacement to be shipped the same day. We received the new mirror in days, and we could not be happier with both mirrors. The service provided by Brendan was exceptional. Thank you!
