Frequently Asked Questions
Anti-fog, power, lighting, mounting and warranty
-
Our LED bathroom mirrors feature a built-in demister pad behind the mirror. Once activated, the pad gently warms the mirror surface to help prevent condensation and keep your reflection clear after a hot shower.
-
Yes. The built-in demister initially warms the main area of the mirror, with the heat gradually spreading towards the edges. This helps keep the mirror surface warm enough to reduce fog and condensation across the mirror.
-
The anti-fog function is controlled using the integrated touch button on the mirror, allowing you to easily switch the demister on and off whenever needed.
-
Our LED bathroom mirrors come standard with a 1.5m Australian plug that can be connected directly to a power point. Alternatively, the mirror can be hardwired by a licensed electrician. If using a power point behind the mirror, it will need to be recessed into the wall to allow enough clearance.
-
Yes. All Crystalux LED mirrors are designed for bathroom use and comply with applicable Australian electrical safety standards and regulations, including SAA, EMC, EESS and RCM requirements. Any electrical installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian regulations.
-
Our LED bathroom mirrors feature three lighting temperatures: Warm, Natural and Cool. You can easily switch between each mode using the integrated touch controls.
-
Yes. Our LED lighting is fully dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your space, whether you need brighter lighting for your morning routine or softer ambient lighting in the evening.
-
Our LED bathroom mirrors use a split batten mounting system. Simply secure the supplied bracket to the wall, then hang the mirror by hooking the pre-mounted bracket on the back of the mirror onto the wall bracket. This provides a secure and straightforward installation.
-
Our LED mirrors are backed by a 5-year warranty. If you experience an electrical issue with your mirror, simply contact our team and we’ll help troubleshoot the issue and organise the appropriate solution in accordance with the warranty.
-
Yes. We offer free delivery Australia-wide on our mirror range. Each mirror is carefully packaged for transport and covered by our Damage-Free Guarantee. Please allow 2-8 business days after processing to receive your order.

Pebble Back-Lit LED Bathroom Mirror | 1200 x 700 (Pre-order for late September)
We love the shape, size and clarity of the glass. It compliments our bathroom beautifully. Postage was quick (we live in remote NW WA). Easy to install and the sparky has hard wired it in for a seamless look.
Love the mirror. Adds that bit of luxury to our bathroom and without the hefty price tag!
Order process and delivery time frame was excellent!
Absolutely in ❤️ with my new powder room mirror. Bold and beautiful @crystaluxglass Onda🪞
Mirror is good. There were no mounting instructions at all for the mirror. There were 2x vertical mounts that didn’t really make any sense
Absolutely love the mirror. Looks amazing. Quality is good, quick to post and arrived safely. Makes our bathroom Renovaions extra special.
This backlit beauty from Crystalux Glass has completely transformed the space. The soft glow, the shape, the whole vibe — it just feels calm, modern and a bit luxe (without trying too hard 😉). And let’s be real… with 5 girls in the house, good lighting is EVERYTHING. No more guessing, no more bad makeup lighting — just a mirror that actually does its job. And with it’s built in defogger there is no waiting after your shower to be able to see in the mirror Honestly didn’t think a mirror could make this much difference… but here we are 10/10 in my books
Fantastic mirror, We love it
We love the effect these mirrors give, and the service from ordering through to delivery was great, would definitely recommend and use again
Full marks to Crystalux for their order process. The mirror arrived very quickly which was appreciated at Christmas time. It looks perfect. Unfortunately the delivery team did not follow my request to leave it at the front door. They left it outside the gate on the driveway which could have led to disaster with the stormy weather. Also the box was punctured so despite the fragile labels they hadn’t taken care with it.
So pleased to receive this beautiful mirror for my new ensuite - I just had to plug it in and admire it! Can't wait to finish the renovations and place it on our bathroom wall ❤️ Excellent quality, and love the functionality with 3 different lighting options and dimming feature.
Absolutely love our new bathroom mirror! It exactly what we were hoping for. Delivery was super quick and communication was great throughout the whole process.
Fantastic people to do business with, very obliging and pleasant to deal with.

Onda Back-Lit LED Bathroom Mirror | 1100 x 750 (Pre-order for early January)
We purchased two mirrors for our bathroom renovations. From online purchase to delivery took 4 days, despite living in a regional location. There was a minor defect in the mirror, which we established when unpacking it. We reported the glitch, and within an hour, Brendan responded and arranged a replacement to be shipped the same day. We received the new mirror in days, and we could not be happier with both mirrors. The service provided by Brendan was exceptional. Thank you!
I rarely leave reviews but hats off to Crystalux for supplying such a beautiful mirror for our bathroom. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for LED bathroom mirrors.
